SIPL works in the field of skill development to train and empower unemployed youth and skill them for employment and entrepreneurship. We have partnered with several government departments to accomplish this. Till date, we have successfully enhanced the skill set of over 300 students in different trades of Skill Development Training and enabled them towards a sustainable livelihood on their own.
