Capacity Building / Human Resource Development Programs help empower stakeholders on the ground to work towards common goals and increase efficacy. It is necessary for making Community Management more effective and helps to build on existing skills, procedures and boosting overall capacity/work effectiveness.

Our infrastructure work mainly focuses on issues around health and sanitation, we have worked towards installation of Sanitary pad vending machines, Incinerators and supplied covid-19 collaterals for frontline workers.
